Washlo Refund Policy
The customer will be Only liable for a refund if it falls under the following conditions/scenarios

Customers will be able to cancel order from app (order history screen) if order has not been accepted by vendor (laundry shop). Under this scenario, customers will be liable for a 90% refund.

If an order has been accepted and the customer wishes to cancel the order, he/she will have to contact Washlo support team through support@washlo.in OR call us at +91 96383 96383 for cancellation. Under this scenario, customers will be liable for a 75% refund.

If an order has been accepted by a vendor (laundry shop) and picked up by the Delivery Executive, customers have to contact Washlo support team through support@washlo.in OR call us at +91 96383 96383 for cancellation. Under this scenario, the customer will be liable for a 50% refund.

If an order has been accepted by a vendor (laundry shop), picked up by the Delivery Executive and is under process, customers will not be liable to get any refund.

Understand any scenario and circumstances, Pickup/Drop Charges will not be refunded.

If clothes are damaged by vendor (laundry shop),customers can contact Washlo support team at support@washlo.in Or call us at
+91 96383 96383 Under this scenario Washlo support team will coordinate with vendor (laundry shop), evaluate clothes damage and refund accordingly.

Refund time frame can vary depending on above mentioned scenarios but no longer than 7 working days.
